Role: Graphic Artist

Description:

Al Baqee Organization is looking for talented and creative individuals in developing artwork for social media, web design, email and print media. Candidates will work closely with project teams from concept to final artwork for each campaign project. We’re looking for a next level thinker and detail-oriented doer – someone who can breathe fresh air into our team and take our creativity to a new level.

Responsibilities:

• Create images and graphics that convey the target message while keeping consistent with the branding

• Concept and execute visual aspects of marketing materials across multiple mediums including, but not limited to, social media, email, web and print

• Continue to drive the brand forward using the brand standards to explore new and exciting designs, while serving as a brand steward

• Stay on top of design trends and techniques to continue to bring engaging ideas and concepts to the table

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or similar

• Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) (required)

• Working knowledge of web design platforms (Figma, Sketch) (is a plus)

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and still deliver high-quality work within the given timelines

• Ability to adapt designs across multiple platforms like web, print, social media, etc.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to receive and apply constructive criticism from other creatives to better enhance work and deliver constructive criticism in appropriate settings to peers to enhance their work
