Role: Business Analyst

Description:

Al Baqee Organization is looking for self-driven individuals who will be responsible for the engagement, outreach and communication of activities & events across the globe. Candidates will create error-free communications and content partnering with the teams to deliver engaging experiences to the target audience globally. Candidates will build a strong network, engaging all relevant stakeholders to align with the larger vision and strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coordinate, and ensure effective implementation of outreach activities, information sharing, partnerships, and appropriate commitment of resources that are part of Al Baqee Organization vision.

  • Develop and foster community relationships through strategic partnerships and collaboration.

  • Organize communication activities including town hall meetings, live events, video, blogs, virtual events, in-person events, etc.

  • Ensure established communication strategy is consistent and reflects the organization’s strategic vision

  • Measure and present results of communication efforts, along with recommendations for improvements

  • Create, develop, execute celebrations, taking photos and publishing events

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required, Communication, English, or Journalism degree preferred

  • At least 3 years of experience in coordinating and organizing community outreach activities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Strong communication and time management skills are required
